Why do friends need to create an account to view my posts? Cant they just follow a unique link???

Ive been testing out a bunch of travel journal apps in perpetration for a trip to Sweden soon. This app fits my needs the best. Still not perfect, like videos cant be longer than 20 seconds, and they have to be uploaded through your phone (not through their website or cloud storage), but pretty nice overall. I like the website my trip has that I can edit from & share with people without them having to download the app. I like the map showing my path and stops everyday. I like being able to add multiple pictures per place, and being able to add a place after Ive left it as long as I took pics or video there. Adding places without media dont usually show up, so dont forget to take pictures! I do like the option of commenting on all days, places, and media as well. Very excited to use this app on the big trip! UPDATE: keeps getting worse! 3 times in a row now the gps fails to record my path! Dont know what Im going to do now. :(

This app is as awesome as ever. You have done a excellent job I improving it. I absolutely love this app. I would like to post this app on my Facebook page because if anyone like to journal their trip, this app is a must! Keep up the good work.

I learned about the app from a friend. Using the app kept me engaged with our tour. Taking notes, taking photographs, downloading from Wikipedia all worked. When I came home family and friends told me they felt like they took my vacation with me. Loved it!

Ive been using MobilyTrip for a few years and loved it. Half way through our European vacating suddenly my photos stopped posting - all you can see are little lines where the photos should be, or empty boxes. Ive emailed customer support twice - no response. Very frustrating.

Until suddenly photos stopped updating on the website. Now when you upload your photos, there is just a blue ? . After 3 emails, I think the developer is MIA. Too bad too because I REALLY like this app.

Ive been using this App for 4-5 years now. I love it!!!! Yes, the developers could a much better job at writing out directions that would help ones initial use of the App a bit easier. It would also help if the Language selection you choose for the App would apply to the date and time section (mine is in either French or Spanish even though I selected English). HOWEVER, these are just minor compared to the end result of journaling my trip. I love that I can jot down my thoughts for the day, for the location that I am and post photos. It allows my family to follow my trip as I update my journal. It allows my family to see that Im well and can travel vicariously with me from location to location. I LOVE this app and hope the developers continue to listen to its customers and continue to improve this app too the Awesome app it could be. Give it a try, its a really good app that delivers a great book at the end (for purchase) for keepsakes.

I like the app a lot & use it while my wife & I are traveling. Lately, however, I have not received answers to questions & comments that I have emailed the company. These questions might lead to bug fixes & improvements in the app, but I have yet to receive any response to my latest emails. Hope the response time improves.

I have to admit I was super excited to find this app. It was polished and worked like a champ on a test journal I did for a couple of days. Unfortunately, the first real journal I did on a trip only uploaded part of the photos. After a couple of days of no support, I switched to Bonjournal (which worked well). I never got any responses from mobilytrip trip to my inquiries ( tried their Facebook site, website and through he app itself). mysteriously my journal just updated and blasted friends and family with 15 back to back emails notifying them of updates.

Thought this app would track my trekking with bread crumbs like mapping. Nope. Thought it would do more that twitter. Not really. Loads of overhead and stuff with almost no incremental value as far as ability to share your journey. Take your pics and message them to friends via Whatsapp. Nuff said.

The app is the best that I could find after downloading at least 6 others. It is difficult to learn to use and not very user friendly, but does create a very nice journal that can easily be shared with many friends and relatives. You can add as many photos as you want to each day. However the comments to each place will change to "Latin" whenever you attempt to edit it, I have learned this the hard way...also customer support is "non-existent"

I like MobilyTrip as a concept but it needs improvements. For example, I cannot continue editing my journal on my mobile after its been uploaded because the sync loses text / descriptions. Also, the instructions are poor.
